This is part of their regular list maintenance activities.

These messages may be sent by letter, email and text message.

🔵Emails are sent from NHS Confirm your address <nhs.confirm.your.address@notifications.service.gov.uk>.

🟢Text messages are sent from NHSdetails.

The emails include an option for patients to change their home address directly with the NHS at: https://change-your-address.account.nhs.uk.

This is a new service that’s being tested with patients who receive these emails.
