NHS England’s Patient Survey 2023 has been released this week.
The data reveals Leesbrook Surgery received an overall ‘good’ rating of 86 per cent – the highest in the borough.
In addition, Leesbrook Surgery is one of the best when it comes to:
- The helpfulness of receptionists (95 per cent)
- Patients feeling listened to by their healthcare professional at an appointment (93 per cent) and feeling like they were treated with care and concern (94 per cent)
